Brendan Kight is a co-Founder and Principal of Illuminate Capital LLC and has primary responsibility for deal selection, due diligence, General Partner relationships, and investment strategy. Mr. Kight has been investing in real estate for 7+ years both as an owner/operator and most recently as a Limited Partner. Brendan has over a decade’s worth of experience leading award-winning military construction projects and programs including a billion-dollar hospital campus development and some of the largest civil works and vertical military construction programs in the country.

Brendan graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, SC with a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of South Carolina.

Steve Daniels is co-Founder and Principal of Illuminate Capital, LLC. He has three decades of experience in leading and managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and aligning its goals with the ever-evolving demands of the real estate market.

Steve graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. As a licensed Architect in the state of Texas and a certified Project Management Professional, he is equipped to view projects holistically, considering both the artistic and financial aspects of every investment opportunity.

With Steve Daniels at the helm, Illuminate Capital, LLC is charting a new course in the syndication space.
